Great question ctsswan and international travel on HHD may be available depending on timing of notification for care team, location and vendor availability to support supplies and equipment within your travel destination. If you are on HHD you should begin discussions with your HHD RN, Social Worker and the provider of your HHD dialysis supplies. They can all work together on your travel plan to ensure you will have adequate support along your journey. Make sure you let your care team know as soon as possible to ensure there is enough lead time to set up for your travel plans.
