Arthritis?

I'm not going to my annual Neph appointment till November, but seem to have developed arthritis in my hands. It came on very suddenly, and since I cannot take Ibuprophen (PKD), I'm having difficulty controlling the pain. I use ice packs as needed, and arthritis strength tylenol -which really doesn't work. I would love to hear from other PKD/CKD patients who are dealing with the same issue, as to how they cope, and medicate for pain. Thank you.
