  • Increasing energy without increasing protein

    I would like to increase my energy level, but all the information I have found recommends eating higher amounts of protein, which we all know isn't good for someone with Stage 3 CKD. All the foods they recommend are either high-protein or have potassium levels off the hook. I'm wondering if there's any way to increase energy without adversely affecting protein, potassium, phosphorous or sodium levels.
