In addition to ESRD and dialysis, I am Diabetic plus, I have Crohn's disease and an Ileostomy. All that and including the side effects they ALL come with. Each condition has a specified diet. Two pluses are can have all the salt and fluids I want because Crohn's keep me dehydrated most of the time. Dietician says Renal/dialysis diet. Neph. says take care of Crohn's first. Blood says to watch my A1C for Diabetes. Labs say phos. and potas. are high. My head is spinning. I don't care much for meat but love any kind of seafood. Love all veggies and fruits. I'm ok at watching sweets, except this time of the year. I normally gain a few holiday pounds but can take it off after New Year's Eve. HELP!
