Just curious, while doing dialysis with my AV-Thigh graft, the direction of my access needles, the arterial and the venus are both pointing up towards my head when I was doing dialysis with access in my arm, my needles were placed in opposing directions, should that be the same with my AV-thigh graft, should one needle be pointed towards my head and the other towards my feet?
