  • In-Center Nocturnal vs Home Dialysis

I started standard in-center HD about two weeks ago, and I have been added to the waiting list for home HD training. Following home HD groups online and reviewing training materials leaves me concerned about whether I'd feel competent dialyzing myself. (I've never been particularly savvy with technical things.) Did any of you compare HHD and in-center nocturnal before settling on the latter? Which treatment modality is better at reducing the burden on your family?

I guess you have made your decision already if I could have answered before you did, I would have voted for nocturnal hand down. HHD was extremely hard on my wife. We had some very heated "discussions" while doing HHD. I would love to know which treatment method you chose?

We sell the whole Rx Skin Therapy collection.

Kristen Riddle, Pharm.D., a pharmacist and the founder of US Cosmeceuticals, developed Rx SKIN THERAPY after years of formulating problem-solving solutions with patients and clinicians. When she noticed considerable clinical outcomes, she began manufacturing the line.

The products differ greatly from most similar treatments since the formulations are science-based and include therapeutic percentages of cosmeceutical components and botanicals. Our complete collection is gluten-free, however, even people who are not gluten-intolerant will enjoy our goods.
