I use lidocaine cream or the lidocream patch but they just don't get the pain at an exceptable level. What next? I have a fistula with 1 year old buttonholes and use the 15 gage blunt needles.

Hi Carol Ann I don't do dialysis yet but I have read that if you are doing in center dialysis that you can have them give you a local anesthetic shot along with your lidocaine if you need it for pain.
