supplements to drink when having severe diahrrea

I know we cannot do Pwerade or Gatorade but do any of you know something you can take. I have had the tummy flu and not eating or drinking much and feel like i need to do something to put some electrolytes and stuff back in. The good side is I lost 7lbs inn 2 days!

Idav1956 you might want to call your doctor. You never want to be dehydrated when you have kidney disease. It harms your kidneys more. Just keep drinking plenty of water and maybe koolaid. Take Care
