Hi Glo,
It's nice to now be able to put a face to the name. I watched the video clip and I thought you did fantastic. There's probably too much information to try and squeeze into a 9 minute video. I might have asked you this before, I don't remember....but is your book (and recipes) also for pre-dialysis or mainly dialysis patients?

In answer to your question, my sister is pre-dailysis, and she has tried many of my recipes. The recipes are easy and it all depends what are a pre-dialysis pts. renal nutrition needs, because everyone various, for instance - one pt. may need to watch their potassium, while another may have increase their potassium needs, and that also goes for protein.

What stage are you at?
