What is the most useful over the counter pain medication
I know IBU was my "go to" but since that is now on the "no no" list, I have started using sublingual Arnica 30x for my back and general aches from inflammation and Tylenol for headaches. Also just started with an acupuncturist who is helping with some of the aches and pains.
