  • Recipe analyzer that shows nutrients

Does anyone here know of an app where you can enter a favourite recipe and have it analyzed to show nutrient including potassium and phosphorus? Thank you

There are many places you can track nutritional info but most don't track potassium and phosphorus. Especially phosphorus. There is a website AAKP.org (American Association of Kidney Patients) that has a booklet that you can download for free or send off for a hard copy for a couple dollars that lists many standard foods nutritional ingredients. It does list potassium and phosphorus also salt, sugar, cholesterol and carbs. It has been very helpful to me.

Yes there is a website and an app that will do that for you. I use it everyday. The app is cronometer. IOS and Android carry it. Good luck!
