1. Before I was diagosed with kidney failure, I weighed 290 lbs., and now I am down to just 272. I lost 18 pounds this month.
2. My blood sugar has been in the 70s to the 90s, which is very good.
3. My A1C score went dramatically down, going from a dangerous 9.5 to a more respectable 6.3 .
I owe it all to exercising, like riding my bike and walking for 5 miles a day, and eating the right foods. Looks like living with kidney failure is not as bad as it seems when you take care of yourself.
I would like to hear from all of you congratulating me on my recent progress. As always, I'll keep up the great work, and keep you updated.
