My dialysis center used to do blood transfusions. Once davita bought them they stopped doing transfusions. Was just wondering why. Doing transfusions while doing dialysis is so convenient. I guess davita is only concerned with the bottom line and not patient care.

With me it is just smart to leave mine in since they told me they only expect an average of 5 yrs life out of my kidney transplant. Great .. wish I would have known that before hand. Arborists
