Having lab results and session stats on line readily available is an important part of dialysis heath. The old system may have not been perfect but it was better than nothing as is now provided. The staff in the centers have all they can do to keep up with the dialysis and when they are asked to provide session info they get disturbed. I hope someone in the "ivory tower" reads these posts and does something about it. Someone needs to be held accountable for this situation.

The dialysis staff has enough to do. Having access to our labs online really helped keep us involved with our own care. I've emailed asking when this will be resolved and was told that they're working on it. Can't we get access to the old version in the meantime?
