Re: training
I am on dialysis. I am also anurse,to be a dialysis nurse you will need to apply at a dialysis clinic, they will send you out of town to train for 2 weeks, after training you will also take test to see if you passed the training. All expense paid even though you dont pass, thetraining is paid for, that is the way they do it here where i live, jeanettea

Re: training
Thank you for your response. This is something I am really interested in. Have been a nurse for a while, and thought about this for a while. Can you tell me where to find these centers.. I have been on the internet, but can only find infor for "tech" training. Thank you for your help Marti

Re: training
You will need to call to find out what centers are open in your area if you live in a large place you may have several to choose from, but if you live in a small town you may have to travel to the next town to you, where i live is small so you would have to travel 30 miles to the neareast center, jeanettea

I hope all is going well for you.You said you are a patient as well as a nurse. You bring a lot to the table. Your patients are fortunate to have your experience. Thanks again Marti
