How can i put on weight quickly and more important is how can i do it naturally?

If you want to gain weight naturally then it is important that you eat healthy food because high calories food is good for weight gain. Use protein and also do gym workout.

DON'T take protein supplements unless your doctor says it's o.k., because they will screw up your GFR numbers.
