I'm new to all of this stuff and I'm looking for some ideas for what to do with kale. I've never eaten it I know its like spinich or greens. Im cooking for a picky eater so I have to either hide it somehow or make it flavorful. Any help is greatful.
Kale is a wonderful green, but VERY high in potassium. 299 mg per cup raw, and 296 mg per cup cooked. So for me when I use it I make sure I share it with lots of people at the table and eat no more than 1/4 cup at a sitting. I enjoy mixing it into a cold salad. Patty
