I'm new to all of this stuff and I'm looking for some ideas for what to do with kale. I've never eaten it I know its like spinich or greens. Im cooking for a picky eater so I have to either hide it somehow or make it flavorful. Any help is greatful.
Try this kale slaw recipe on DaVita.com. It's great served as a cold salad but you can also stir-fry it for a healthy hot vegetable dish.
