    In Planner Tracker, do you track 4oz serving of protein (raw weight) or do you track it as 3oz the cooked weight? The difference primarily is water weight lost in the cooking process.

    I would ask your dietation or nutritionist . They would better be able to answer that. Are you on a special kidney diet?
