  • high protein, low phos?

I've been eating lots of protein and very few carbs. weight is dropping off fairly quickly...but the things I take in for protein are high in phos. Are there any high protein, low phos foods out there?

Personally, I just take more binders when I know I'm eating more.(and/or stuff we shouldn't... hehehe)

Protein and phosphorus go hand in hand. Everything you eat for protein: meat, milk, cheese, greek yogurt, nuts are all naturally high phos foods. Binders, binders, binders is the answer. Honestly, I resisted binders forever, but I finally realized I can't control phosphorus with my diet if I'm to keep up my protein so I just take my binders as prescribed; it's the only thing to do.
